About Us
We are a quiet gated RV resort that has become a bit of a retirement community for some of our owners. We welcome visitors on long term basis only at a month or more.
Amenities
Private Pool Access
We have a pool for all to enjoy in the center of the park with beautifully kept garden surrounding. Please follow the posted pool rules to keep everyone safe.
Water & Power
Each site has its own meter for electricity at your expense. Water is included, however water in the Baja is a very scarce resource so please be mindful of your water consumption.
Wifi
We are creating a high speed network throughout the park for the enjoyment of our residents and guests.
Pets
We are working on a new pet policy as there have been issues with irresponsible pet owners in the past. Please inquire when you book your stay for more information. We welcome quiet, friendly pets with an additional pet fee.
Laundry
Coin operated laundry located on site next to our manager’s office.
Washroom
Restroom and showers are available for guest only 24 hours a day.
