RV Park Rules

Cabo Glorieta is an adult community that offers a unique combination of private residences and a  seasonal RV park. The residents welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy living  here. Please read and follow the rules so that we can keep our resort a wonderful place to live. 

Gate 

  • The gate will always be closed. An entry code or transmitter is required to open the  gate. See Park manager for the code or transmitter. Do not give out the code to  anyone! 

Park Grounds 

  • Walk only on designated pathways, walking through the park garden areas is  prohibited. 

Swimming Poo

  • Pool hours are from 8:00am to sunset. Pool rules are posted in the pool area.

  • There is a shower located at the southwest corner of the pool. Please shower before entering the pool. 

  • If you wish to enjoy music, please wear ear buds. 

  • No glass in the pool area. 

  • No diving, the pool is only four feet deep. 

  • No running in the pool area. 

  • Do not remove or replace the pool cover. 

  • All visiting children shall be supervised by an adult. 

  • There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk. 

  • No pets in the pool and garden areas. 

Bathrooms 

  • Please clean up after each use. 

  • Only toilet paper in the toilets. Everything else in the garbage cans. 

  • No pets allowed. 

  • Please use water wisely. 

  • Please contact the office for maintenance items and housekeeping concerns.

Garbage 

  • All trash is to be bagged in closed plastic bags before putting it in the trash cans.

  • Please replace can lids. 

  • Stack loose boxes and cardboard neatly by the trash cans. 

Pets 

  • Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Do not leave pets unattended.

  • Owners shall curtail the barking of their dogs. Barking from unattended pets will not be tolerated. 

  • If your pet is aggressive towards people or other animals, you will be asked to  leave. 

  • All pets are to be kept on a leash at all times. 

  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. 

  • Please walk your pets outside of the park walls to do their business. 

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any pets. 

Fish Cleaning 

  • Strictly prohibited inside the park. 

RV/Vehicle/Boat Washing 

  • Prohibited due to limited water availability. All of Los Cabos has limited access to fresh water. 

Speed Limit 

  • 5 miles per hour within park walls 

Neighborhood Watch 

  • Practice security precautions and advise Management of any suspicious activity.

Fishermen

  • All fishermen shall hook up their boats to their vehicles the night before they  plan to go fishing. 

  • Please be as quiet as possible during quiet hours. 

Office Hours

  • 1:00pm to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. 

Laundry Room 

  • The laundry room hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please report any maintenance  issues to Management. 

  • Please wipe down equipment after use and clean lint tray in dryer 

Visitors 

  • No overnight visitors without prior approval from the Manager. 

  • For security reasons please notify the manager of all visitors coming into the  park. 

  • Please limit the number of visitors at your site to no more than 4. 

  • Adult only park: we welcome supervised children as day visitors only.

  • Do not give out the gate code, visitors must be met at the gate to gain entry.

  • Visitor Parking: please see Management for designated visitor parking areas.

RV Site

  • No parking on the concrete slabs. 

  • All vehicles must be parked in the site footprint and off the street. 

  • Only 2 vehicles per site - one RV and one vehicle are permitted per site. NO TRAILERS (We can provide information on storage sites in the area).

  • Please keep your site clean and orderly. We reserve the right to address any concerns. 

  • No vehicle repairs are permitted. 

  • Subletting your site is prohibited. 

Quiet Hours

  • Hours are between 9:00 pm and 7:00am. 

  • Be mindful of your noise levels as sound carries in our walled community.

Business Activity 

  • All commercial enterprises shall be conducted outside the park property.

Note: Water is a scarce resource in Cabo please take precautions to conserve!
